Margaret Ducharme was kind enough to give a brief video tour of the beautiful amenity center at Laterra Links at World Golf Village, which is one of the most beautiful gated communities in Florida! As you will see, there are two clubhouses at our amenity center. The main clubhouse has a lovely entryway, large entertainment area with flatscreen TVs, and a full kitchen with a huge bar area. It also has a state-of-the-art fitness center and nicely appointed locker rooms. Outside the facility is a covered lanai with wicker rocking chairs, a beautiful resort-style pool and hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen. Connected to the main clubhouse by a breezeway is the smaller clubhouse. It is perfect for more intimate gatherings. It has a full kitchen and bar area too, as well as a smaller entertainment area with flat screen TV and a card room. All of these amenities are for the private enjoyment of the Laterra Links residents.

In addtion to these facilities, residents of our luxury homes enjoy all of the World Golf Village amenities, which include two championship golf courses (with their own clubhouses that have restaurants, pro shops and locker rooms), the area’s largest IMAX theater, a Swim & Tennis Center, a Fitness Cottage, and numerous playground and parks. Maybe we will be able to talk someone from the Laterra Links team to giving us a tour of those amenites next time! Of course there are so many things to show, we might need to do a whole series of videos to cover them all.
